Cast Glass

Cast glass, whether frit cast or pate de verre, (a French term for 'paste of glass') it is a process I began working with over thirty years ago. The art of mold making and casting glass remains my truest love to this day! Cast glass is unique in its density yet transmission of light. it takes on the essence and weight of carved stone and the translucency and fine grandeur of alabaster or jade. It is spectacular when used as an architectural or lighting element and is an amazing resource that is far too seldom incorporated into the design of commercial and residential domains. I absolutely adore the process casting of glass...it is magical.
